Payment Options

JAKIGU.COM accepts online payments through PayPal.
During PayPal checkout, customers can choose from two options: they can either use their existing PayPal account if they have one, or they can choose to use a credit or debit card instead.

Products

JAKIGU.COM sells digital crochet patterns. Occasionally, JAKIGU.COM also sells physical items. These two product categories are subject to specific policies, outlined below.

DIGITAL ITEMS (crochet patterns/PDFs)

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital files, digital files cannot be returned. Additionally, JAKIGU.COM does not offer refunds on any PDF crochet patterns, even if no files are downloaded.*

To help you make the right purchase, detailed descriptions along with clear images and accurate dimensions are included with every listing. PDF patterns are always clearly described as patterns and not as actual physical items. The word “pattern” or its synonym ALWAYS appears at least once in the listing title, and several times in the item description.

*JAKIGU.COM will offer a pattern exchange if an item is accidentally purchased as a duplicate, i.e. if you buy the same pattern twice.

File Access

A digital file becomes available for download as soon as payment through PayPal clears – in some instances, this may take up to a couple hours.

There are two ways of accessing and downloading the purchased file:

1. Look for the order confirmation email in your Inbox, and click on the pattern name to go to the downloads page. If you can’t find the order confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

2. If you chose to create a user account on JAKIGU.COM during checkout, you can access your purchased file(s) by logging into your account.

While the download link never expires, each file can only be accessed and/downloaded five (5) times. The system doesn’t differentiate between opening the file to merely view it and actually downloading it. It is recommended that you save the file to your computer or smart device as soon as you open it. You can always contact JAKIGU.COM to gain additional download access, if needed.

PHYSICAL ITEMS (ready-made items and custom orders)

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

To help you make the right choice when shopping at JAKIGU.COM, detailed descriptions along with clear images and accurate dimensions are included with every listing.

JAKIGU.COM does not offer exchanges of physical items.

A full refund will be issued if craftsmanship of an item is defective. Photographic proof of such defect will be required prior to issuance of a refund.

Shipping

Ready-made items and custom orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, unless otherwise stated in the item’s listing or Pop Up Shop announcement.

Any USPS and UPS shipping method can be accommodated if requested by the customer prior to checkout.

Packaging

JAKIGU.COM proudly ships her items with minimal, and often recycled packaging materials, to lessen her impact on the environment.
